The Atomic Bomb

I think that the U.S. should have dropped the bomb. I think instead of two they should have only dropped one. I think this because many more inocent poeple died than should have and even people today are suffering from the effects of the radiation from the bomb in both Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It is unfai to the civilians that this happend. I think only one bomb should have been dropped because then the world could have seen the effects on it with out to many poeple dying. Also so Japan could see the power we have without over doing it. Japan saw that we were willing to kill many people for their unconditional surrender and it was the fastest and easiest way to get that. If the U.S. did not drop any bombs more people could have died fighting in the war so it is all together a better thing that the Nuclear bombs are very bad things and they should never be used in or out of warfare. They kill way too many innocent people even years after they have been detinated.
